A position as Researcher is available at the National Institute for Aquatic Resources, DTU Aqua, Denmark. The Researcher will work on national funded projects related to an interdisciplinary program. The program focuses on obtaining basic knowledge about fish biology through experiments, field studies and aquaculture for application in biological process models and ecological studies and aquaculture development. Tasks include implementation of a project related to sustainable aquaculture of European eel (PRO-EEL) and the researcher will be involved with experimental research tasks and project management. The scientific work of the researcher will address in particular broodstock and larval culture including nutritional aspects. Experimental work is conducted at a DTU field research station in Jutland.
Candidates should have a PhD degree or equivalent.
